This study aims to test and analyze the
performance of the teacher as the output variable of the variables of school
leadership, organizational communication and job satisfaction as input. Neural
network is one of the artificial representation of the human brain that is used
to simulate the learning process of the human brain. This term is used for the
neural network was implemented using a computer program that is able to solve a
number of calculations during the learning process. In this study will be
conducted to determine the performance of teachers' performance configuration
using neural network algorithm implemented on the results of field research
data with teacher kuantitatf approach. The population in this study was a
teacher of SMK Negeri 10 Semarang, amounting to 58 people. Results of testing
by measuring the neural network algorithm using root mean squared error. By
looking at the value of the root mean squared error (RMSE) as measured and
compared with the linear regression algorithm, the neural network algorithm in
the category of groups are very good prediction, because the value of the smallest
RMSE honing.
